I wanted to give a recommendation for keeping it comfy heating and air. Jamie lewis is the owner came out to service my AC unit a few days ago and I could not have been happier. He was very courteous and professional. His rates were very reasonable. Being a small business owner myself it is refreshing to now that there are still honest businesses out there.

Jamie really took the time and effort to find our issue and fix it instead of just putting a bandaid on it as we’ve experienced in the past with other companies. He kept us informed of the process all the way to finish. Thanks again for your effort Jamie!

Jamie came to do an inspection/cleaning my AC unit and arrived exactly at the time he said. (I loved that he gave me an actual time, and not a window) My unit is 9 years old and hadn't ever been serviced. In his inspection, he found that 2 capacitors were not reading as high as they should be and I was a bit low on some liquid (R22?) He gave me an estimate to fix but in no way pushed that it be done, as he pointed out my system was working fine. He just said there was a chance they could fail sometime soon, and that the fixes would cause the unit to run more efficiently. Because I felt the price to fix was fair and because he wasn't super pushy about it, I had him fix everything. I would recommend Jamie to anyone due to his fair pricing and honest, transparent communication.

Amazing experience! We lost heat right during the January snow fall and Jamie came within hours of calling and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. Will definitely use again for all heating and AC needs going forward. A+ service.

I noticed that one of my exterior heat pumps turned into a block of ice during a recent cold snap. A neighbor of mine who used Jamie in the past recommended that I contact him to examine and repair the unit. I called Jamie early in the afternoon and he was here by 5:15 the same day. He examined the system and determined that the defrost board was not functioning at all and recommended replacement. He also examined the other parts of the unit to ensure that they were in good working order. After finding the particular defrost board my system used the next day, he returned and fixed the system which now works as it should. Jamie was nothing but extremely responsive, very prompt and professional in my encounters with him and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the system. He recommended a few preventative maintenance procedures that my system needs and I will most definitely be calling upon him again to perform these procedures. I would very highly recommend Jamie to anyone needing repair of their HVAC system!

I noticed a buzzing noise on our AC unit over the weekend and asked for help finding a part. Turns out the part didn't fix our problem. Bummer. But, someonerecommended Jamie Lewis with Keeping it Comfy Heating and Air on my post and we had him come out and take a look (Thanks!!). He found the problem, ordered the part, and then came back the following day to fix the job. I cannot tell you how reasonable and knowledgable he was but also how honest and kind as well. I would highly recommend him for any heating and cooling work you need. Happy to support a local business as well!

I completed an online form at night and the next morning Jamie called me for service. He came that same day to look at our HVAC system. He was able to diagnose the problem and took a picture of it, allowing me to see it with my own eyes (the issue was located on the system in our house attic). He quoted me a price and on Good Friday, came out and put the panel in. He was very professional and attentive.

Downstairs unit was not cooling this past weekend. We called Jamie Lewis, owner of Keeping It Comfy Tuesday morning. He came out to us that evening, diagnosed our issue within minutes and charged a very reasonable fee to add freon to our unit. I would highly recommend him.
